UPKEEP Cancellation Policy
At UPKEEP, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure the efficient use of our resources and maintain high-quality service, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $200.
